From Silk to Oil
I found a pretty great resource at the China Institute's website (www.chinainstitute.org) You can download their curriculum guide "From Silk to Oil" in pdf's. I looked through them all, and was particularly impressed with the Art (Buddhist sculptures) and Religion (Waley's "Monkey" chapters) segments.

I use this source a lot. It's on-line in PDF, or you can have it sent to you as a nice bound book for $15. It covers so many topics and has great essays and lesson plans.
